Pickled Green Beans

 

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon dill seed

1 bud garlic

1/8 teaspoon red pepper

 

Wash and trim ends from young green beans.  Stack green beans upright firmly in pint jars.  To each jar add the salt, dill seed, garlic, red pepper.

 

Bring cider vinegar to boil, pour into jars, seal promptly and store.
