This is just the 1/2 recipe

 

 

Farmer's Strata

 

1/2 pound sliced bacon, cut into 1/2" pieces

1 cup Chopped fully cooked Ham

1/2 Small Onion Chopped

5 Slices White Bread Chopped

1/2 cup Cubed Cooked Potatoes

1 1/2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

4 Eggs

1 1/2 cups Milk

1/2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce

1/2 tsp. Dry Mustard

Pinch of Salt and Pepper

 

Directions:

In a skillet cook bacon until crisp add ham and onion. Cook and stir until onion is tender, drain. In a greased 8" square baking dish, layer half the bread cubes, potatoes and cheese. Top with all the bacon, ham and onion mixture. Repeat layer of bread, potatoes and cheese. In a bowl beat the eggs; add milk, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt and pepper. Pour over layers. Cover and chill overnight. Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Bake uncovered at 325* for 65-70 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
